Free Curbside Delivery Service for Las Vegas, North Las Vegas & Henderson Residents in Nevada
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway or items may be placed in your home for no additional cost to Las Vegas, North Las Vegas & Henderson Residents. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Your item will be shipped to the address provided for shipping. Our customer service representative will call you when your item arrives to our warehouse to schedule a delivery appointment. Most Items are in stock and available for immediate delivery within 2-5 business days. Special Orders take 1-2 weeks. When your order is placed our team will call with the phone number provided to schedule a delivery time and date.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. On the day of delivery, FurnitureGalleryLv.com will call you before noon with a three-hour window frame for your timed scheduled delivery. For more information, please call us at (702) 527-7762
We offer set-up services for all delivered products for an additional $120.00 per delivery. You may request this service by clicking the $120.00 (Set-Up) option during check out. Your item will be delivered and will be taken off the truck by our professional delivery team and set up in any location in the home, for the $120.00 fee, this includes removal of packaging materials. Sofas, Couches and Sectionals get free delivery & Set up. Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging. Any Damages that are noticed upon delivery, pictures must be taken by the customer and sent to our customer service department (725) 210-1352 (via Text Message) include Name and Order Number with the pictures taken and a brief description of the damages. Furniture Gallery will follow up with a business call within 24 hours of the report. We will schedule a time for a service call or time to deliver replaced items. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.
