Warranty
American Design Co. warrants the frame & spring seat base to be free defects in material & workmanship under conditions of normal use as long as the original purchaser owns this product. American Design Co. warrants the seat cushions for 2 years from the original date of purchase against loss of foam resiliency. Normal softening and flattening of foam and fibers is not considered a defect. The item must remain upholstered in the original fabric. American Design Co. warrants the motion mechanisms in sofa beds to be free from defects in materials & workmanship for one years from the date of original purchase. Upholstery fabrics are warranted against defective material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, under normal use and care. This warranty does not cover fading, shrinkage, or pilling and is invalid where evidence of heavy soiling or abuse is present. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment, other than that by the fabric manufacturer, or improper cleaning is also excluded under this warranty. Consult an authorized American Design Co. dealer for proper cleaning instructions. Note: Items are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use in a residential setting.
Service/Repair Policy
To obtain service under these warranties, problems must be reported to the dealer. A copy of the original sales receipt must be presented by the original purchaser. The retailer, not the customer, is to contact American Design Co. for service arrangements.
